54:45 – 58:20 / UVB-76 ‘the buzzer’ 4625 kHz / barcelona / april 2000 – note the announcement that breaks the buzzing. these announcements occur very rarely, though the reception doesn’t lend to an easy translation, much less decryption of what is said in russian.
